Georgia National Guard Defense Force Achievement Ribbon

This is the Georgia National Guard Defense Force Achievement Ribbon. This is awarded to a member of the Georgia State Defense Force, who distinguishes himself/herself by meritorious achievement or service to a lesser degree than that is required for the Commendation Ribbon. It may also be awarded to specific examples like exemplary performance, efficiency, and fidelity while serving. This ribbon is awarded in 3 different classes. Class one is awarded for extensive meritorious achievement and this is shown by the ribbon with a bronze palm. The second class is awarded to significant meritorious achievement and this is shown by the ribbon with a hourglass. The third class is awarded to meritorious achievement and this is shown by the ribbon only.
