Hawaii National Guard Recruiting Ribbon

Criteria: This is the Hawaii National Guard Recruiting Ribbon. In order to qualify for this award, a member must provide 2 referrals to HIARNG or HIANG recruiting personnel, which resulted in those individuals becomes members of the Hawaii National Guard. The referrals must occur on or after October 1, 1996 and both individuals needs to be inducted into the Hawaii National Guard within a one year period. The other way to earn this award is if a recruiter exceeds their assigned recruiting mission for that specific fiscal year, but it can only be received afterwards.
