This is the Vermont National Guard Active Duty for Training Ribbon. This ribbon is awarded to members of the Vermont National Guard who successfully complete the Reserve Enlisted Program. Members that are not eligible for this award include those who suffer bad or lost time due to health of disciplinary issues.
