Yangtze Service Medal Ribbon

Criteria:

The Yangtze Service Medal was awarded to members of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps who served in the Yangtze River Valley during the period of September 3, 1926 - December 31, 1932. It was also presented to military personnel who served in direct support of landing operations in the Yangtze River Valley, while serving in Shanghai, China. The medal was replaced by the China Service Medal in 1940.
